I’m a naturopathic physician who’s changing what it means to be a doctor.
At heart, I’m a science nerd. But I like my science mixed with a giant dose of spirituality.
That’s because I believe that true health is holistic. It begins with the deep healing of your mind, body, and spirit.
When you heal deeply, you can be more present for you family, perform better at work, and live to your full potential. Life opens up.
The trouble is, typical physicians don’t have time to be healers…
…But I’m Not Your Typical Physician
When you step into my office, you’ll be in a place where health means having what you need—physically, mentally, and spiritually—to fully live your purpose.
Never one to shrug my shoulders and give up, I stubbornly seek answers on your behalf.
I’ve helped women to…
…love their bodies (and their life) even when diagnosed with an autoimmune disease
The women I work with say it’s like talking to a best friend (only better). You can get real with me. Tell me about the things that weigh you down. The symptoms you’re usually http://www.cheapambienpriceonline.com embarrassed to share. The messy stuff that keeps you awake at night.
There’s only one catch. You can no longer judge yourself or beat yourself up. You’re challenged to think of self-love as being necessary, healthy, valuable and life-changing.
Powerful transformations occur because we take the time to uncover the unique intricacies of your body and finally put together the puzzle pieces of your unique health story.
You awaken to the joyful life you desire.
My personal journey of holistic health, self-love and spiritual awakening landed me on a farm property which houses a small vineyard in Oregon’s renowned Willamette Valley.
If you happen to drive by, you’ll see me outside mowing the lawn, getting my hands dirty, growing organic vegetables or puttering in the vineyard trying to live up to my new title of vintner (which I learned is the fancy word for winemaker).
Life’s pretty amazing when you allow yourself to experience the exquisite beauty in all that happens around you. I discovered this when I committed to changing my life by slowing down, taking time for self-care, nourishing my relationships, supporting my community, and living a life of balance.
Are you ready to live the life you crave?
